High Tide's newest addition, Georgia is a well-built 65-pound female with exceptional conformation and an outstanding temperament. She combines impressive trainability with a strong drive, making her a pleasure to work with. Her structure is impeccable, featuring excellent front and rear extension, lovely shoulders, and outstanding angles. She boasts a textbook topline, excellent tail, and a thick, coarse coat.
Georgia comes from an impressive pedigree that includes Show Champions and Grand Champions, as well as Master Hunters, Hunting Retriever Champions, and Dock Champions.
At just 7 months old, Georgia made her AKC debut at the ACC National Specialty, winning 1st in the 6-9 month puppy class and Reserve Winners Bitch under Mr. Richard Powell, standing out among nearly 60 females and securing a 3-point major towards her AKC Championship. She capped off the specialty by winning Best Puppy in Show under Mr. Carl Liepmann.
Notably, she’s earned her CKC Championship with group placements at just 9 months old, demonstrating her exceptional conformation. During her first weekend out in the 2025 season, she earned her CKC Grand Championship with group placements at 18 months old.
Although Georgia’s show career has been short so far, she’s made incredible waves, earning 4 Best Puppy in Show, 13 Best Puppy in Group, 1 Sporting Group 1st, 1 Sporting Group 3rd, and 6 Sporting Group 4ths. We know she will continue to shine both in and out of the ring!
Georgia ended the 2024 show season as Canada's #1 Chesapeake Bay Retriever Puppy and #7 Sporting Puppy. In 2025, she is currently the #3 Chesapeake Bay Retriever in Canada.
With her blend of drive and a happy-go-lucky nature, Georgia shows incredible potential as a truly versatile Chesapeake. She has a bright future ahead of her!
